About Your New Job:

• Project planning, management, and driving with a focus on our clients' regulations and GMP procedures, and knowledge of how to suit the needs of internal and external clients
• Working on multiple projects at once, each with various degrees of difficulty
• Always evaluate, suggest, and create fresh approaches for all initiatives
• Lead in the planning and implementation of projects
• Facilitate the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Keep all parties involved in a project up to date and informed of its status
• Work with the operations teams to ensure there is adequate infrastructure and support available for project delivery
• Guarantee that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget;
• Create a thorough project plan to track progress
• Control changes to the project's scope, schedule, and expenses by utilizing the right verification procedures
• Assess performance with the right tools and methods
• Conduct risk management to reduce project risks
• Report and escalate as necessary to the Operations/GSM lead
• Build and maintain connections with vendors, third parties, and all other pertinent parties

What Skills You Need:

• To be successful in this role, you will possess previous experience in a project lead-related role. Excellent communication skills, the drive to succeed and work independently and as part of the wider site team, with the ability to multi-task, and deliver quality results are required.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is desirable, but not essential. You will be highly organised, with a keen eye for detail, coupled with the ability to strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels
