About Your New Job:
- Project planning, management, and driving with a focus on our clients' regulations and GMP procedures, and knowledge of how to suit the needs of internal and external clients
- Working on multiple projects at once, each with various degrees of difficulty
- Always evaluate, suggest, and create fresh approaches for all initiatives
- Lead in the planning and implementation of projects
- Facilitate the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Keep all parties involved in a project up to date and informed of its status
- Work with the operations teams to ensure there is adequate infrastructure and support available for project delivery
- Guarantee that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget;
- Create a thorough project plan to track progress
- Control changes to the project's scope, schedule, and expenses by utilizing the right verification procedures
- Assess performance with the right tools and methods
- Conduct risk management to reduce project risks
- Report and escalate as necessary to the Operations/GSM lead
- Build and maintain connections with vendors, third parties, and all other pertinent parties
What Skills You Need:
- To be successful in this role, you will possess previous experience in a project lead-related role. Excellent communication skills, the drive to succeed and work independently and as part of the wider site team, with the ability to multi-task, and deliver quality results are required.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is desirable, but not essential. You will be highly organised, with a keen eye for detail, coupled with the ability to strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels
