About Your New Job

  • Team: VMO (Vendor Management Office) responsible to outsource vendors.
  • Work very closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Working with niche suppliers (suppliers with expertise in a very narrow field) Role: Lead and manage the service delivery of multiple HR operations to outsourced vendors.
  • Accountable for relationship, service, contract and performance management of outsourcing service providers. This includes activities such as relationship management, financial governance, performance management, escalation management, workforce planning, budgeting, access etc. / Manage the overall relationship with the onsite vendor teams, drive quality & cost effective outsourcing plans.
  • The candidate: - Stakeholder relationship management. Ability to partner with and influence stakeholders (e.g., clients, partners, service providers), including setting service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets by taking a consultative and data-driven approach.
  • Vendor SLA knowledge (Knowledge of the metrics by which service is measured, as well as remedies or penalties should agreed-on service levels not be achieved) / Vendor consultative skills (Ability to understand stakeholder needs through dialogue before generating solutions) / Vendor performance (Knowledge of ways to measure, analyze, and manage the performance of a vendor in an effort to cut costs, alleviate risks, and drive continuous improvement) / Vendor process design and improvement (Ability to design processes to analyze, segment, and manage vendors, and continually improve processes that are developed) / No background is required in HR but experience with vendor management is required /
