About Your New Job as a Project Engineer

  • Oversee the execution of capital engineering projects, ensuring adherence to the company's Project Lifecycle approach.
  • Assist the Operations Engineering Team in maintaining and optimizing process equipment efficiency.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to enhance equipment and process reliability.
  • Work with various departments to deliver site capital projects.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with Global Engineering teams and manage on-site engineering contractors.

What Skills You Need

  • Degree in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in executing change control and knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience with Oral Solid Dose (OSD) equipment, cleanroom processing/utilities, and relevant engineering systems.
