About Your New Job
- As Production Manager, your job will be to lead a team on the company’s laundry/hygiene site to ensure the facility runs smoothly.
- Ensure that all KPIs are achieved and HR/health and safety procedures are complied with.
- Monitor production and resolve issues as they arise.
- Analyse workload and prioritise activity based on dispatch requirements.
- Ensure staff are adequately trained and identify employees for development within business plan.
- Analyse outputs and implement actions to continuously improve production activity.
What Skills You Need
- For this Production Manager job you will have experience in a similar position within an environment observing strict hygiene and safety standards.
- You will also have strong leadership experience in a managerial role.
