As a Procurement Category Manager, you’ll play a key role in executing category strategies at a local level, ensuring cost savings, efficiency improvements, and strong supplier relationships. You’ll be responsible for key strategic categories, including Maintenance & Production Services, Production Equipment, and Raw Materials.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute category strategies to deliver value and cost benefits
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to leverage economies of scale
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
- Drive cost-saving projects using best-in-class procurement tools
- Forecast, budget, and report on financial KPIs
- Support sustainability initiatives aligned with business decarbonization goals
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of procurement experience
A degree in Business, Technical, or relevant field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage supplier relationships and contracts effectively
Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership capabilities
