A cybersecurity company based in Dublin, working on new class of real-time threat detection and advanced analysis of active network intrusions. There customers immediately detect and respond to cyberattacks in cloud, data centre, IoT and enterprise with there specialised driven network detection.

About Your New Job

• We are looking for experienced Principal engineer
• You will be collaborating with frontend developers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to design and implement scalable and maintainable backend solutions.
• Detecting attackers in real-time requires a high-performance suite of software that enables machine learning and statistical techniques. 
• You will be joining a team focused on embracing the best of cloud native technologies and architecture focused on increasing development velocity, deployment predictability and system scalability

What Skills You Need

• BS in Computer Science or similar field
• Excellent knowledge and experience of scalable distributed systems
• You have 8+ years experience as a Senior engineer in software development
• You will have experience of the full development life cycle from design to deployment
• Experience with one of more backend languages ie: python
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration and deployment tools (CI/CD).
• Interest / experience in Google cloud functions
