About your new job:

• Our client is expanding their successful Infrastructure Development team in Ireland and seeks a Principal Civil Engineer for their Dublin office.
• The role requires a civil engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Development Infrastructure.
• You will have an opportunity to work on a diverse mix of local and national development and civil infrastructure projects, including mixed-use, retail, commercial and residential developments, and public sector infrastructure schemes.
• You will work closely with a range of clients, including developers, retailers, landowners, blue-chip companies, and universities.
• You will lead a team to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions for Development Infrastructure projects.

What skills you need:

• You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering in Development Infrastructure.
• You should have excellent knowledge of all aspects of development infrastructure, from strategic appraisal to construction.
• You should have an excellent all-round knowledge of industry standard software models, including Microdrainage, Infodrainage, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• You should have experience in Surface water and foul gravity collection networks, Foul pumping stations and rising mains, Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems, Water distribution networks, Attenuation and flow control elements, Package wastewater treatment systems, Flood Risk Assessments, Road and Pavement design, Site suitability assessments, and due diligence.
• You should have excellent client-facing and communication skills.
