About your New Job:

• Your major role will be to support the Client Manager and in getting all accounting and bookkeeping work completed for the team
• The position requires you to report to the Managing Director
• You will help the less experienced and less qualified team members in completing their tasks and jobs
• You will train and review the work handed to you by your direct reports and ensure it for quality and have tasks and jobs done to completion stage
• You will train and develop the technical skills of your direct reports helping and teaching them with all aspects of financial statement preparation, taxation return preparation, bookkeeping and payroll processing.
• Your team will most likely include Senior Accountants, Intermediate Accountants, Graduate Accountants, Senior Bookkeepers and Intermediate Bookkeepers.

What Skills You Need:

• 2+ years’ experience in similar role
• ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified
