• Property Company
• Based in South Dublin

About your New Job:

• Preparation and distribution of tenant billings, recording cash receipts and tenant ledger reconciliations
• Accounts payable – review and coding of invoices, payment run management and issuing remittance advices
• Financial control - maintenance of the general ledger, posting accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
• Lease administration – setting up new properties and tenants
• Cash management – daily monitoring of cash balances to ensure excess funds are swiftly remitted to owners
• Completion of monthly management accounts and reporting packs
• Preparation of year-end service charge working papers and audit files

What Skills You Need:

• 1/2 years in a role with property background
• ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified
