My client is one of the largest insurance brokers in Ireland. They provide clients with solutions to all their insurance needs ranging from home and motor insurance, to complex commercial business packages and also provide a full range of health, life, pension, mortgage and investment products.

About Your New Job

My client are looking to hire a Customer Service Executives for our Mid Term Amendment team as part of our Personal Lines team in any of our office locations. The role will consist of general customer service and managing amendments to a book of car, home, van and farm policies. Cross sales referrals for both the Life & Pensions and Health arms of our business are expected. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive can-do attitude.

• Achieving Midterm Amendment targets
• Generating leads through cross selling of Life & Pensions & Health products
• Generating leads for the General Personal Lines & Commercial Department

What Skills You Need

• CIP or APA Personal General Insurance
• RELAY software experience desired but not essential
• Proficient Microsoft office skills desired
