Role Requirements

• 2-3 years pensions and/or investments experience
• Pension scheme administration, ideally with experience of working with occupational pension schemes
• Retirement and / or pension death claims experience
• Experience of preparing Trustee Annual Reports and pension scheme accounts for occupational pension schemes
• People management skills / past experience managing people is desirable

• A minimum of 2-3 years pensions experiences ideally across the full product range of company pensions, PRSAs, PRBs, AVC arrangements and ARFs

Role Responsibilities

• Acting as administrator and point of contact for pre and post retirement plans (PRSAs, PRBs and ARFs)
• Communicating with financial advisors and liaising with clients, investment managers, insurance companies etc. in a timely and professional manner
• Validating and processing requests from Brokers in a timely manner relating to proposed investments and claims under our pension contracts
• Dealing with maturing investments
• Completing all regulatory compliance requirements in particular in relation to our PRSA and ARF products
