**************Payroll Specialist - Part time - Permanent**********2 days per week
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will manage the company payroll process in its entirety.
Main duties:
- Manage, prepare, and process payroll for hourly and salary (weekly & monthly) payroll using
Sage Micropay and Sage Cloud Payroll - Responsible for recording and processing of Monthly Allocations for all staff
- Liaise with HR team in relation to relevant employee information for payroll purposes
- Understand and apply company SOPs as and when required.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist with minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience
- Payroll qualification is preferred, but not essential
- An excellent understanding of Irish payroll processes.
- Working knowledge of UK payroll
- Proficient in the use of Sage Micropay/Sage Cloud Payroll
