**************Payroll Specialist - Part time - Permanent**********2 days per week

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will manage the company payroll process in its entirety.

Main duties:

  • Manage, prepare, and process payroll for hourly and salary (weekly & monthly) payroll using
    Sage Micropay and Sage Cloud Payroll
  • Responsible for recording and processing of Monthly Allocations for all staff
  • Liaise with HR team in relation to relevant employee information for payroll purposes
  • Understand and apply company SOPs as and when required.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist with minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience
  • Payroll qualification is preferred, but not essential
  • An excellent understanding of Irish payroll processes.
  • Working knowledge of UK payroll
  • Proficient in the use of Sage Micropay/Sage Cloud Payroll
