About Your New Employer:
Our client, a hugely successful company in the FMCG industry, is looking to hire a motivated and experienced payroll administrator to join their finance team in the Galway HQ.
About Your New Job:
The successful candidate will play a key role on the finance team and will also work closely with HR. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Payroll processing and filing payroll submissions.
- Filing returns on ROS.
- Compiling Weekly Timesheets.
- Comparing Timesheets with clock in.
- Overseeing employee benefits, health insurance, pension, and other deductions.
- Addressing and resolving client enquiries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits.
- Dealing with all Payroll queries as they arise.
What Skills You Will Need:
- 1+ Years previous experience in a similar role.
- Previous knowledge of Collsoft & Brightpay Payroll would be a bonus.
