About Your New Employer:

Our client, a hugely successful company in the FMCG industry, is looking to hire a motivated and experienced payroll administrator to join their finance team in the Galway HQ. 

About Your New Job:

The successful candidate will play a key role on the finance team and will also work closely with HR. Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Payroll processing and filing payroll submissions.
  • Filing returns on ROS.
  • Compiling Weekly Timesheets.
  • Comparing Timesheets with clock in.
  • Overseeing employee benefits, health insurance, pension, and other deductions.
  • Addressing and resolving client enquiries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits.
  • Dealing with all Payroll queries as they arise.

What Skills You Will Need:

  • 1+ Years previous experience in a similar role.
  • Previous knowledge of Collsoft & Brightpay Payroll would be a bonus.
