Part Time Accounts Assistant - Dublin 14 - 6 Month Contract
About Your New Job as an Accounts Assistant
- Assist in the preparation of accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly management information.
- Support the Accounts payable process including purchase order processing, processing of invoices and monthly payment runs.
- Maintenance of purchase ledger including reconciliation of supplier statements and resolution of any disputes in a timely manner.
- Support the preparation of audit file at year end and providing information to auditors as required.
- Assist the Finance team with ad hoc reporting requirements.
- Support the delivery of weekly and monthly payroll as needed.
- Perform any additional duties that may be assigned by the line manager as this role evolves.
What You Need:
- The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar role.
- Experience working with SAGE and MicroPay is required.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, and experience dealing with peers and colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent co-ordination skills which are used in the running of reports, preparation of accounts and the contribution towards the various priorities across the function.
