• _{Manage weekly liquidity and accounts payable to meet corporate objectives;}
• _{Assist with internal reporting and results analytics;}
• _{Assist with the consolidation of property accounting and corporate level data;}
• _{Assist with the preparation of the quarterly financial reporting package and support schedules;}
• _{Assist with detailed analysis on various accounts;}
• _{Assist with high profile transactions, including equity offerings and debt transactions;}
• _{Assist with the preparation of board reporting;}
• _{Assist with tax reporting and compliance; and Assist with the preparation of various financial reporting characteristics.}

_{What skills you need}

• _{Part qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA;}
• _{Minimum 3 years of industry or public accounting experience;}
