My client based in South Dublin within the Pharma Industry have a requirement for a part qualified accountant with a strong SME background. You will be coming from Industry rather than practice to be suitable for this role

About Your New Job
- Reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices from our Business Partners
- Setting up new Business Partner accounts on the ERP and verifying bank details
- Performing Business Partner account reconciliations
- Dealing with Business Partner queries
- Recording and allocating incoming and outgoing payments
- Preparation of multi-currency bank reconciliations
- Master data Maintenance
- Assistance with the monthly / bimonthly payment run
- Preparing and processing of weekly/monthly Payroll
- GL Accounting duties as required
- Ad-hoc duties as required
What skills you need
- Part Qualified accountant with a strong Industry background
- Exposure to preparing month end and reporting
