My client within the property space have a requirement for a Part Qualified Accountant in their South Dublin office . To be suitable you must be working towards becoming a qualified accountant , coming from property or a similar Industry and a strong International finance background

About Your New Job
- Tenant monthly rent and other charge raising in line with lease agreements.
- Manage tenant receivable’s working closely with central lettings and accounts receivable team.
- Resolution of tenant and receipt reconciliation queries.
- Tenant account adjustments as required by Accounts Receivable and/or Client Accountants
- Tenant arrears management, meeting with clients to review arrears listings and actions.
- Compliance with accounts payable processes working with Account payable team.
- Ensure supplier’s invoices are approved in line with agreed works orders.
- Onboarding suppliers & contractors in line with compliance process.
- Correspond with suppliers and respond to queries.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Monthly Creditor Statement reconciliations
- Monthly reporting to client, AP, AR, BVR, Accruals
What skills you need
- Part Qualified accountant
- Understanding and knowledge of Accounting and Operational OMC processes.
- Self-motivated individual with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills
- Key experience in dealing with internal/external customers at all levels.
- Previous experience working in the Residential Lettings & Management sector is preferred but not essential.
