Salesforce Analyst – Cork

About Your New Employer:

A global I.T company are looking for an Operations Analyst to join their Cork site, on a full-time permanent basis.

You will be the person responsible for the development, and reporting activities of the company’s Global CRM Platform, reporting to the Global Head of Sales Operations. You will be working closely with the Global Sales and Account Management Leadership team, ensuring all customer data inputs are managed and reported to help improve business.

The ideal person will be a results driven, organised team player, with excellent attention to detail.  You must be an effective communicator with strong listening skills and experienced in working in a fast-paced environment.  

About Your New Job:

• Training and onboarding of new sales and account management hires in the CRM Platform
• Troubleshooting and problem solving, system/user related issues
• Responsible for continuous development of CRM Platform
• Analyse and report relevant sales data, collaborating with Sales Leadership to highlight any abnormalities
• Present insights for leadership business reviews on a regular basis
• Liaise with Sales and Account Management teams on the qualification process for new customer accounts
• Work with departments and upper management to identify business goals and understand possibilities for reporting, system, and process
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to identify best practices to enhance reporting capabilities
• Conduct research into target customers, key competitors, identifying where there is potential for growth

The Skills/Experience Needed:

• 3 years + experience in a similar role
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in identifying opportunities for process improvements and developing and implementing them
• Excellent research & reporting skills
• Experience in analysing sales data
• Previous experience with a CRM system essential (preferably Salesforce)
• Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel
