- Proven experience in overseeing and directing daily operations of assembly technicians and supply chain teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, support, and develop diverse teams.
- Expertise in utilizing Lean methodologies to identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements.
- Ability to coordinate production schedules, manage inventory, and allocate resources to meet targets.
- Commitment to championing safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills to act as the primary operational contact for customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
