  • Lead and oversee daily operations of assembly technicians and supply chain teams.

  • Manage production scheduling, inventory, and resource allocation to achieve revenue and delivery goals.
  • Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to internal policies and industry regulations.
  • Serve as the main operational liaison for customer projects, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.

What Skills You Need

  • Proven experience in overseeing and directing daily operations of assembly technicians and supply chain teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, support, and develop diverse teams.
  • Expertise in utilizing Lean methodologies to identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements.
  • Ability to coordinate production schedules, manage inventory, and allocate resources to meet targets.
  • Commitment to championing safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to act as the primary operational contact for customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
