Our client is a global provider of leasing, business finance and mobility solutions and are seeking an Operations Administrator to join their team! This is a great opportunity to join an impressive global company to take on a role that promotes career growth and professional development. The Operations team is a multi-functional team, and you will be required to alternate between the Payouts and Customer Service team as and when seasonal demand requires.

About Your New Job

  • The Operations Administrator will complete all the final checks on deals prior to payout/activation, as well as review and validate the contract/legal agreement and invoice to ensure all financials are correct and match.
  • You will review system inputs to ensure all financials have been correctly processed, these include subsidy amounts, commission amounts and margins,
  • Process a wide variety of tasks from daily customer queries, incoming phone handling to more complex tasks such as restructures, notations and handling our end of lease process within a set SLA.

 

  • Assist internal stakeholders with complex queries regarding existing and potential future contracts, as well queries surrounding payments, customer data, contract amendments.

 

What Skills You Need

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • APA or QFA Qualification.
  • Strong decision-making ability/ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Proven team work ethic with willingness to go extra mile to get the job done, especially during our peak season.
