Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for an exciting opportunity in office management? Our client is currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their dynamic team and contribute to its growth and success.
About the Role
As the new Office Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office while supporting various departments such as finance, contract management, and administration. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be critical in maintaining the office processes and contributing to overall success. You will also be responsible for supporting the senior executive management team.
Be the go to person for staff queries
Perform routine office administration tasks, including courier coordination, document filing/archiving, and stationary management.
Keep track of employee logs, including training and holiday leave.
Support senior managers with tenders and proposals
Brand management support and intranet updates
Coordinate conferences and events, including bookings for accommodations, restaurants, and travel arrangements
Handle accounts payable processes, including raising purchase orders and managing vendor relationships.
The Skills and Experience you will need
Minimum 3 years experience working as an Office Manager or in a similar position
High Attention to Detail
Strongly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and IT and Tech savvy including powerpoing and excel.
