About Your New Job as an Office Manager
As Office Manager, you will:
Coordinate day-to-day office operations (supplies, scheduling, facilities)
Process monthly payroll (currently outsourced) and liaise with payroll provider
Handle accounts admin: pay vendors, track invoices and support monthly bookkeeping
Support onboarding, equipment management and general office communication
Provide PA-level assistance to the Finance Director as needed
Take initiative in implementing internal systems and improving workflows
What You Need
To apply to this office manager role, you’ll need:
4+ years’ experience in an office management job or similar (ideally in a small business or start-up)
Practical payroll and accounts admin experience
Strong Excel and MS Office skills
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Comfortable working without a set playbook and helping to build processes from scratch

Salary: €45,000–€60,000 (based on experience)
