Office Manager - Fermoy/Cork

About Your New Employer
• A family run audiology clinic with locations in Cork City and surrounds
• This role will be based in Fermoy with travel to Cork City expected on occasion (cover Annual Leave, Holidays etc)

About Your New Role
• Manage the phone lines and ensure appointments are scheduled in a timely manner
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the office
• Report writing and formatting
• Checking in and outpatients during clinic times ensuring the highest standards of customer service is upheld
• Occasional report writing and formatting
• Receipt writing for insurance purposes as well as letter writing to patients
• Willingness to drive to Cork City as needed to cover holidays or sick days

What Skills You Need
• Proven experience in a Senior Administration position, preferably with some people management
• Excellent customer service skills with a pleasant and helpful disposition towards patients
• Strong IT skills, comfortable working with MS Office
• Previous experience in a customer/patient facing role highly desirable.

What’s on Offer
• DOE 35k-40k

Hours 8.30am to 5pm.
