We are working with a Technologies company in Blackrock who are Currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for 6 months.

About Your New Job

  • 6 month contract
  • Meet & Greet visitors
  • Organise local accommodation and transport
  • Preparing boardroom and meeting rooms
  • Dealing with outbound shipments
  • Logging all inbound deliveries into the office
  • Answering phones, emails and general communication responsibilities
  • Training – maintaining a log of all online courses supplied
  • Organise and filter incoming mail to Managers and departments
  • Organise the ordering of all new IT equipment

What Skills You Need

  • Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a similar role essential
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables
  • Have the ability to work on your own initiative and have a high level of attention to detail
