Our client is looking to a hire an amazing office administrator to join their growing global firm with a recently established Irish base in Maynooth County Kildare.

Under the direction of the COO the ideal candidate will sit under the account team and provide a wide variety of tasks for the department as well as the manager and supervisors within the office.

Location: Maynooth – Fully Onsite

Role Type: Permanent – Progression based role

Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 DOE

Duties:

  • Meeting management – arranging the meetings and liaising with schedules, collating meeting minutes, conference room bookings, catering arrangement etc.
  • Travel management for both domestic and international travel when needed
  • Manage day to day communications and queries when they arise through phone, email and letter. Meet and greet visitors in a professional manner. Distribute information, notes and documents when required to relevant parties
  • Drafting reports and documents while maintaining and entering relevant data into the relevant systems
  • Maintain and manage office supplies, stationary, consumables, milk tea, coffee, toiletries etc.
  • General administration – creating filling and managing files and data, information requests, photocopying etc.
  • Sort and distribute post and parcel deliveries and couriers when needed
  • Support finance director and accounts team as well as he fleet manager and HR manager when required
  • Raising Purchase Orders and manage petty cash

 

Skills:

  • 5-years’ experience is a similar role is desirable
  • It literate in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Basic Bookkeeping
  • Good telephone manner
  • Energetic and will act as a good representation for the company
  • Strong initiative and drive
