About Your New Role
- You will be supporting the site with administration and coorination duties.
- You will be primarily front desk based where you will greet visitors and employees and aid with any queries they may have
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees (create badges, order IT equipment etc)
- You will organise any inbound deliveries to the office as well as communicate with DHL in relation to any outbound packages
- Organise travel arrangements including bookings and expenses.
- Ensure the kitchen area is fully stocked at all times.
- Organise any lunches and outings for staff.
What Skills You Need
- Previous experience in a multinational environment is highly preferred
- 3-5 years experience in a similar position
- Good IT skills including Excel
- Excellent phone manner and professional attitude
- Self starter who is able to work off own intiative
What's on Offer?
- 12 month rolling contract
