Role: Office Administrator Job  - Permanent Part time  Hours: 3 – 4 days per week  - Macroom/Coachford

Duties of the role

The candidate will be working closely with the CEO providing admin support to him as well as the following:

  • Office Management duties to include
  • Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair of office equipment
  • Assistance and preparation for client / customer meetings
  • Data Entry & Record-Keeping:
  • Maintaining accurate records (invoices, employee files, etc.)
  • Entering data into company systems or spreadsheets
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees 
  • Maintaining employee attendance records

Experience

  • Min  4 years' in a similiar role
  • Ideally coming from an SME environment
  • Be self motivated and pro - active
  • Proficient on the MS office suite notably EXCEL
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
