Role: Office Administrator Job - Permanent Part time Hours: 3 – 4 days per week - Macroom/Coachford
Duties of the role
The candidate will be working closely with the CEO providing admin support to him as well as the following:
- Office Management duties to include
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
- Coordinating maintenance and repair of office equipment
- Assistance and preparation for client / customer meetings
- Data Entry & Record-Keeping:
- Maintaining accurate records (invoices, employee files, etc.)
- Entering data into company systems or spreadsheets
- Assisting with onboarding new employees
- Maintaining employee attendance records
Experience
- Min 4 years' in a similiar role
- Ideally coming from an SME environment
- Be self motivated and pro - active
- Proficient on the MS office suite notably EXCEL
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
