About Your New Job
As the Product Development Technologist, you will:
Lead research and product development projects from concept to launch, working across R&D, marketing, technical, and supply chain teams.
Ensure all new products deliver exceptional consumer experience, meet internal standards, and comply with food legislation and quality requirements.
Coordinate day-to-day product development activities for line extensions, brand packs, resizing, and renovation projects.
Monitor stage gate compliance, implement Lean NPD techniques, and contribute to process and product improvements
What Skills You Need
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related.
High-level communication, analytical, and organisational skills with excellent MS Office proficiency.
