About Your New Job
As the Program Manager, you will:
- Manage multiple NPD projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and deliverables.
- Maintain project charters, timelines, and status reports.
- Facilitate stage-gate process execution and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Liaise between NPD, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and manage Go-to-Market (GTM) execution.
- Communicate with external vendors and suppliers.
- Enhance NPD workflows and documentation management.
- Improve project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Tableau).
- Develop SOPs and best practices for NPD project execution.
- Track NPD project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Monitor resource allocation and team workload.
- Track project KPIs and generate progress reports.
- Conduct post-launch analysis to assess project success.
- Facilitate training sessions on NPD processes and tools.
- Ensure regional teams are informed of project developments
What Skills You Need
- Proven experience in managing complex projects from concept to market launch.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with various departments.
- Ability to develop risk mitigation plans and track project KPIs.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools like Smartsheet, Tableau, or similar platforms.
