Motor Sales Executive – Cork City

About your new employer
A motor dealership in Cork are looking for a dynamic, motivated and ambitious individual, with a natural flair and passion for sales, to join our award-winning team.

About your job:
• Meet and greet all showroom customers.
• Same day response to customer email and phone enquiries
• Follow up on all other assigned leads.
• Qualify the customer’s needs and requirements.
• Complete a full presentation of the car to the customer.
• ensure all customers are asked the necessary questions.
• Explain finance options to customer before referral.
• Keep the customer updated throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate and finalise the sale with customer.
• Full and In -Depth Handover with customer as per guidelines.
• Meet New and Used Vehicle Targets.
• Used Cars Appraisals
• Preparation for meetings
• Continuous completion of Training - Product Knowledge as per Distributor guidelines.

What skills you need:
• 2 years’ experience in a sales environment (motor preferred)
• A proven track record in sales is essential with a proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Energy, drive and ambition, with the ability to handle challenges and drive to succeed
• The ability to work as an individual or as part of a highly successful team
• PC literate
• Full driving licence

Whats on offer:
Salary DOE 30k-40k + commission, ote 75k
