A motor dealership in Cork  are looking for a dynamic, motivated and ambitious individual, with a natural flair and passion for sales, to join our award-winning team.

About Your New Role

• Meet and greet all showroom customers.
• Same day response to customer email and phone enquiries
• Follow up on all other assigned leads.
• Qualify the customer’s needs and requirements,
• Complete a full presentation of the car to the customer.
• ensure all customers are asked the necessary questions.
• Explain finance options to customer before referral.
• Keep the customer updated throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate and finalise the sale with customer.
• Full and In -Depth Handover with customer as per guidelines.
• Meet New and Used Vehicle Targets.
• Used Cars Appraisals
• Preparation for meetings
• Continuous completion of Training - Product Knowledge as per Distributor guidelines.

What skill/experience you need

• 2 years’ experience in a sales environment (motor preferred)
• Be organised and process driven.
•  Desire to learn and adapt to a changing environment.
• Possess strong organisational and planning ability.
• Be self-motivated but also work well as part of a team.
• Excel in customer service throughout all stages of the sales process
• Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to convert leads to sales.
• Be Target Driven.
• Competent PC Skills
• Hold a full clean driver licence.
