About Your New Role
- Review mortgage applications and ensuring all the relevant documentation is complete
- Answer client inquiries and provide regular updates on their applications
- Manage all relevant documents
- Coordinate with lenders to facilitate loan approvals and negotiate terms when needed
- Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations
- Generate reports on mortgage applications, processing times and other performance metrics.
What Skills You Need
- QFA Qualified or working towards same
- 2+ years experience in mortgage processing is a distinct advantage.
- 2 years experience in office administration or related role
- Excellent communication skills
- Organisation is key
- Meticulous level of attention to detail is required.
