About Your New Role

As a Mechanical Engineer in R&D, you will play a vital role in developing next-generation cooling systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Product Development & Design – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new cooling solutions.
  • Technical Documentation – Prepare design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Production & Implementation Support – Provide technical guidance throughout product lifecycle.
  • Design Reviews & Process Improvement – Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prototype Testing & Validation – Work with the R&D lab team to test and validate prototypes, document results, and refine designs.
  • Hands-On Prototyping – Assist with prototype builds to enhance design understanding and drive improvements.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC components, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer principles.
  • Experience in mechanical system design within an OEM environment.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience with sheet metal & piping system design.
  • Hands-on experience with prototype development, testing methodologies, and data analysis.
  • Experience in process cooling water systems design and refrigeration systems is a significant advantage.
