An Agri Retailer in Bandon is seeking a dynamic Retail Marketing Manager to oversee their comprehensive marketing strategies and initiatives across all retail branches. The ideal candidate is a highly organised and adaptable individual with experience in agri/ retail.
About Your New Job
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of marketing campaigns.
- Work with designers, suppliers, advertisers and agencies to manage artwork and advertising deadlines.
- Use design platforms to create social media content.
- Oversee all retail communications including social media management.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently across all channels.
- Manage SEO and PPC campaigns and monitor web analytics.
- Support the development of the retail marketing and e-commerce team.
- Use sales reporting tools to analyse performance and optimise strategies.
- Engage in continuous improvement projects as required.
- Design and deliver presentations as required
- Manage the retail membership database.
- Liaise with the CFO to maximise sponsorship opportunities.
- Oversee sustainability initiatives for the Retail Division.
What Skills Are Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
- Proven experience in marketing management.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing tools, and SEO/PPC strategies.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and experience in managing a team.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, and common digital marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Canva, and Google Business etc.
- Visual creativity.
- Key stakeholder management as part of change management.
