Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist
My client is in the health tech industry and is part of the Uniphar Group and operates as a tech Healthcare memeber. The company is a pan-European medical device distributor with presence across 15 markets and represents global leading medical device manufacturers across a multitude of specialities. This company is the umbrella structure for 9 brands, which compete under their individual brand identity and respective specialities.

About Your New Job
The Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist will be an integral part of the Marketing team. The purpose of the role is to drive, oversea, and expertly execute campaigns both product and non-product related across the MedTech Group. You will develop and implement the most impactful marketing strategies to position and promote products within each of the business’s portfolios. This will include working with sales to create go-to-market strategies and promote existing products as well as working on the executable tactics and reporting.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Manage website, social media accounts and other channels with engaging content to increase audience engagement.
- Deliver results-focused digital marketing campaigns across email, social, search and other channels, ensuring that business KPIs are achieved across all products.
- Manage the creation of a range of content pieces including blog posts, articles, guides, infographics, presentations, videos, podcasts, case studies, webinars and more.
- Plan and execute several events globally to promote company products and solutions.
- Support as required with product marketing content development for sales team and channel partners.
- Engage with key stakeholders within and outside the organisation (including sales, content writers, graphics and video designers, suppliers and contractors) to meet company objectives and promote company’s solutions and capabilities.
What Skills You Need
- 7+ years’ experience in a B2B environment.
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, advertising or Business administration.
- Experience working in a metrics driven culture to measure tactic and channel impacts.
- Strong eye for design and ability to action tactics such as landing pages as well as critique assets under review to optimise graphics.
- Proven track record in developing multi-channel roadmaps, or advertising via multiple channels.
- Ability to empathise and understand our various audiences to help accelerate their success through relevant, useful communications.
