About Your New Role

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a key role in producing high-quality clinical materials while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Batch Preparation & Production – Handling compounding, sterile filtration, and sterile filling processes.
  • Technology & Vendor Collaboration – Working with vendors to optimize single-use technology systems.
  • Multi-Product Suite Operations – Managing seamless transitions between different production campaigns.
  • Process Development & Tech Transfer – Supporting regulatory approval processes and troubleshooting commercial products.
  • Documentation & Compliance – Reviewing and authoring technical documents, including regulatory dossiers.

What You Need

  • A third-level qualification in a technical or scientific field.
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of aseptic practices, GMP guidelines, and drug manufacturing.
  • Experience with single-use technologies is an advantage.
  • Strong technical writing, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
