A Global Medical Device company who are dedicated in transforming lives are looking for multiple Manufacturing Technicians to support the business needs. Your main role is to respond to equipment, yield and process related issues, implement corrective and preventative actions.
About your new job as a Manufacturing Technician
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to develop, troubleshoot, standardize, and improve production methods and procedures.
- Provide troubleshooting support to resolve equipment and process issues.
- Maintain a critical spare parts inventory to minimize equipment downtime.
- Support the implementation of new production methods and technologies.
- Assist in the design, sourcing, and documentation of production methods and parts.
- Design, specify, manufacture, test, and document production equipment and process improvements.
- Work with external vendors when necessary.
- Report any concerns regarding environmental impact, health, or safety to your manager
What skill/experience you need as a Manufacturing Technician
- HETAC Level 6 qualification in a relevant field.
- Strong technical capabilities, excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience (ideally 3-4 years). Medical device manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
