About the role as a Manufacturing Engineer II:
- Support the transfer of key product lines to the Clonmel site.
- Set up and optimise manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Lead validation activities and process improvements.
- Act as process owner for defined areas, driving efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and support a high-performance team culture.
- Contribute to troubleshooting, investigations, and continuous improvement projects.
What you need:
- Honours Degree in Engineering or Science.
- 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment (medical device/pharma preferred).
- Strong validation experience.
- Proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented.
- Short-term travel flexibility is an advantage.
