About Your New Job

  • Product Compliance: Provide work instructions, review documents, and audit repair processes to ensure compliance with specified procedures.
  • Product Quality: Promote best practices, establish CTQ metrics, lead investigations, and issue reports on non-conformances.
  • Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for cost improvements, obtain approvals, monitor rework costs, and implement successful process changes.
  • TAT Reduction: Investigate opportunities for TAT reductions, implement initiatives, and monitor success.
  • Technical Support Liaison: Issue inspection reports, provide technical support to team members, commercial, quality, and production.

What Skills You Need

  • Educational Background: Degree in Materials or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a Manufacturing or Process engineering role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, effective decision-making, structured approach to process stability, excellent presentation and communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
