About Your New Job:

  • Assist in the manufacturing of electronic circuit card assemblies by using SMT, selective solder, aqueous cleaning, and conformal coating processes, and by verifying that all machinery and procedures are performing in accordance with specifications.
  • Use automated torque drivers and laser marking to support the mechanical assembly of Moog motion controllers, ensuring that all processes and equipment are working as intended.
  • Ensure that all production assembly methods and practices are created to satisfy product quality, throughput, cost, and EHS criteria.
  • Determining and enhancing assembly processes using Lean technologies.
  • As needed, offer training on procedures and machinery.
  • Create and put into action safe product handling strategies.
  • Recognize, employ, and enhance internal procedures.
  • Create programs for replacement parts and preventative maintenance for manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal uptime.
  • The evaluation, approval, and application of EO.

What Skills You Need

  • A degree in manufacturing, industrial, production, electronics, or a similar engineering subject is required for the position
  • 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a setting that involves electronics assembly.
