A worldwide leading luxury beauty brand is looking for a Make up Artist to work in one of their stores in Dublin South where you will be selling Makeup, Skincare, Haircare and Fragrances. 

 

About Your New Retail Make Up Artist Job

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through expert product knowledge, artistry, and personalized service. You will demonstrate the products' unique features, create makeup looks that inspire and educate customers, and drive sales in a high-end retail environment.

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized makeup consultations and applications.
  • Product Demonstration: Showcase the brand’s product range through live demonstrations, tutorials, and one-on-one sessions, ensuring customers understand the benefits and application techniques.
  • Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products, upselling, and encouraging repeat purchases.
  • Brand Representation: Maintain a strong understanding of the brand’s values, products, and industry trends to accurately represent the brand and its luxury positioning.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an appealing and organized retail space, including product displays and promotional materials, to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training and brand education to stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

 

What Skills You Need for this Make Up Artist job

  • Written and spoken fluent English
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in retail cosmetics and beauty artistry; luxury brand experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong makeup application skills and an eye for aesthetics; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage and inspire customers.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of makeup products, techniques, and current beauty trends.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and special events as needed.
  • Education: Relevant certifications in makeup artistry or cosmetology preferred.

 

What’s on Offer

This Job comes with a salary of €14 per hour along with Benefits.  25 Days holidays and increasing.  Paid Sick Days.
