About Your New Job

• As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain and repair all high-precision moulds, including stack and multi-cavity moulds, hot runner moulds, and valve-gated moulds.
• Use both machine tools and hand tools, to fit and assemble parts, to create, fix, or change dies, jigs, gauges, and tools.
• Assist the Engineering and Production teams in resolving mould-related issues.

Skills You'll Need

• As a Maintenance Technician, you will require a toolmaking qualification and prior experience working for a toolmaker.
• An understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics would be advantageous, but a solid understanding of injection moulding tooling, troubleshooting repair, and maintenance would be required for the position.
