About Your New Job

You will put preventative maintenance programmes in place.
Develop plans for technician training.
You will be responsible for the driving of improvements in the efficiency of all maintenance tasks.
Take responsibility for your equipment's OEE and execute improvements.
Describe any shortcomings and any corresponding improvement strategies
Establish objectives for the shift technician group. Propose and carry out initiatives to enhance all pertinent maintenance KPIs.
Complete Quality and Safety CAPA activities
Work with Procurement and Logistics groups on the monitoring of equipment spares
Take part in personnel recruiting as needed
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety and quality system criteria

What Skills You Need

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other relevant, technical equivalent.
5+ year’s experience of engineering/ maintenance roles in high-volume industries with a significant technology content
3+ year’s supervisory experience
Extensive hands-on experience of preventive/ reactive maintenance, technician supervision/ interaction and high-speed automation.
Knowledge of medical device and/or pharmaceutical production preferred (cGMP / FDA regulated environment).
Self-directed with excellent communication skills on technical subjects.
