About our Client:

• Our client is an Irish-based company that specializes in providing security solutions for homes and businesses. Their services include the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems, access control systems, burglar alarms, fire alarms, and intercom systems.
• Our client also provides property maintenance and key holding services for vacant properties.

About your new job:

• Our client is looking for a Maintenance Cost Manager to be based in their office in Tallaght..
• You will be carrying out the management of a general property maintenance section that has direct staff, and use of a sub-contractor panel.
• You will be producing quotes, and seeking new business from both current and new customers.
• You will be carrying out quality of work oversight.
• You will ensure all necessary H&S regulatory procedures are carried out.
• You will be managing training needs.
• You will assist with developing the business.

What skills you need:

• You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an estimating and maintenance setting.
• You should have excellent knowledge of costing, estimating, quoting, approved works, property maintenance etc.
• You should have a trade background or a relevant degree in engineering or quantity surveying.
• You should have excellent communication skills.

What's on offer:

• You will receive €60,000 plus as a base salary.
• You will receive a bonus of up to €20,000.
• Various benefits such as pension, healthcare etc.
• You will have a part-time assistant.
