We are currently working with a well renowned mechanical and electrical contractor based in the Dublin area. The company have a turnover in excess of €50 million and take pride in developing their staff. They have a busy orderbook for the next two years and with that will come a number of large maintenance contracts in the healthcare, commercial and industrial space. They are looking to appoint two maintenance account managers to their team based in Dublin.
About Your New Job
As a Maintenance Contract and Account Manager, you will be responsible for the management of key clients in the maintenance department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client requirements across allocated accounts.
- Liaising with clients on all contractual matters, from draft evaluation to contract execution.
- Organizing and overseeing pre-planned and reactive maintenance work on a variety of building services systems and equipment.
- Coordinating with the purchasing department to ensure correct materials are ordered when required.
- Procuring plant and equipment to enable complete response to client requirements.
- Ensuring SLAs and scope of works are met by liaising with clients and management teams.
- Attending monthly review meetings to assess ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Overseeing services, reports, quotations, and contracts, ensuring all SLAs are met.
- Attending client meetings and monthly reviews.
- Ensuring all documentation complies with QMS ISO9001:2015 standards.
What Skills You Need
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in a fast paced maintenance environment and come from a technical background. The candidate will need to have excellent IT skills. Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to manage concurrent projects.
