Key Responsibilities:

Duties will include:

• Collaborating effectively within the production team of the factory.
• Executing tasks as directed by management.
• Ensuring strict adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures.
• Upholding compliance with Quality and Health and Safety Standards.
• Striving to attain daily production targets and fulfil set deadlines.

What Skills You Need

• The preferred applicant should come from a background in production, construction, trades, or carpentry.
• Candidates must exhibit a dedicated, industrious, and proactive approach, possess a keen attention to detail and quality, and have the capacity to follow plans and instructions.
• Access to personal transportation is essential, and a willingness to work different shifts is required.
• Experience in woodworking is a valuable asset. Candidates must be available for an immediate commencement.
