A global logistics company who facilitate operations, materials movement, inventory control, record keeping, and scheduling are looking for a Logistics Sales Account Manager to cover Shannon, Limerick/Clare. This is a field based role - 3 days on the road + 2 days in Shannon office.
About Your New Role as Logistics Sales Account Manager
- Strengthen relationships with existing accounts.
- Develop and nurture relationships at all levels beyond main point of contact.
- 10 calls per week. Preliminary schedule due by Monday afternoon. Mondays & Fridays are for setup and follow up. Tuesday-Thursday are for calls.
- Assist with collections when needed.
- Manage client profiles - separated out by location.
- Product/services sold – Multimodal, distribution Services, White glove temperature control, Hazardous goods.
- Target market is mainly Pharma, Software/Tech, some retail, Bev industry
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years logistics experience
- Third level degree.
- Knowledge of required operating systems
- Level one Account Management certification.
- Level one Sales certification.
