About Your New Job
As the Logistics Administrator, you will:
• Schedule collections and deliveries for drivers/installers and manage stock allocation for end-user clients.
• Handle customer queries efficiently and maintain data records using a dedicated software package.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

What Skills You Need
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong administrative skills and a high level of computer literacy (proficiency in Microsoft Office).
• Knowledge of SAP and experience in the healthcare sector would be advantageous.
