Our client, a leading Irish insurance company is looking to recruit a Legal Executive for their central Dublin office. The Legal Executive will work within client’s inhouse law firm – and will support its Solicitors in Personal Injury Defence Litigation.
About Your New Job
- Managing injury claims across all court jurisdictions, creating case files, drafting legal documents, and tracking deadlines to ensure proactive case progression.
- Liaising with the Claims Department, Solicitors, Barristers, opposing Counsel, and expert witnesses.
- Preparing case files, legal documentation, and supporting Solicitors.
- Contributing to general legal duties as required.
What Skills You Need
- Relevant professional or third-level qualification, preferably in Legal Studies, with experience in insurance or injury claims litigation.
- Strong understanding of the litigation processes, the ability to meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
