We’re hiring Learning Consultants to join a fast-growing, multilingual training team within a global tech leader. Based in central Dublin 2, this role blends virtual facilitation with impactful collaboration across departments like Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver engaging, instructor-led training (ILT/VILT) to international clients and end users
Facilitate onboarding sessions that support long-term product adoption and customer success
Partner with global teams to tailor content and delivery based on user needs
Contribute to the design, refinement, and feedback loop of evolving training material
Maintain learner records and report on impact metrics
🎯 What You’ll Need
Fluency in English and Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese (verbal and written)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client-facing L&D, training, or onboarding role
Confident presenting to groups both virtually and in person
Proficiency with tools like Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, or similar
Excellent communication and time-management skills
💡 Desired
Experience with LMS platforms (e.g. Skilljar)
Exposure to SaaS, tech, or multinational environments
Additional European language
